Welcome to Maryland TTrak

Welcome to the Maryland TTrak web site.  Please excuse our mess as we are constantly under construction.  Please make yourself at home, look around and hopefully we'll see you at a show sometime.

A Special New Years Message from the Maryland TTrak Club Officers:

Hi All,

The Maryland TTrak Club Officers would like to wish our members a very Happy Holiday Season and a happy New Year coming up.

This year has certainly been a busy one. Our last quarter probably being the busiest. It has been a year of firsts. The first layout at Boonsboro (which has become a three time a year event), our first event at Martinsburg WV (which is twice a year), the first N scale layout ever to be at the National Capitol Trolley museum, which got mentioned in Railpace(!), and a holiday show at the B&O historical society. Combined with almost a show every weekend since August. Wow.!

Plenty of opportunities to run trains and hang out with friends. We doubled our size during this time. Just recently we added a new member from Eldersburg, Bruce Bowers, who we hope to see at more events. This could not have been possible without the participation of you the members making this one of the most successful TTrak clubs out there and making it as fun as possible while doing so.

So where are we going from here? Who knows. But besides the usual events, there are always new surprises. As Mr. Rogers used to say: "I'll be back when the day is new, and I'll have new ideas for you. And you'll have things you'll want to talk about, I will too."

Once again we hope that you have a wonderful holiday tie with your friends and family. Have a good New Year and a happy January off (you all deserve it for how busy it has been) and we will see you back in February where we start right out the gate with two shows that month (one being Tmonium).

To conclude, wishing you the best of health, a most joyous holiday and a Happy 2023.

-Maryland TTrak Club Officers.

Booking Maryland TTrak as Part of Your Event

We are always looking for new exhibition opportunities.  Please contact us if you are interested in having us appear at your event.

An example of a "good fit" would be an event where there is a lot of "foot traffic" that is "train friendly".  Our display is a real crowd pleaser and is staffed by courteous and knowledgeable adults who proactively engage the audience.

Maryland TTrak has an extensive resume' of events, ranging from local malls during the Holiday season to Railroad Celebrations throughout the mid Atlantic region.

Please do not hesitate to contact us, our display can be as large or as small as you need.  We welcome any opportunity to promote and encourage the wonderful world of model trains.

We look forward to hearing from you.
